Founded in 1986, Green Enterprises and Investments began as a family owned company formed for the ownership & management of college rental property. The company has since grown into a full service project management and real estate services company thru the natural outgrowth of the working relationships between our principals and associates. Our first development project was the purchase, renovation and conversion of an 18,000 s.f. factory which had been damaged by a derailed train; into a warehouse/distribution facility for a national newspaper and printing operation.
Since that first project our principals have provided technical advice to oil companies, retailers, automotive sales and service companies, apartment and hospitality owners, assisted living operators, manufacturers, hospitals, sports team owners and stadium operators, universities, the military and municipalities concerning the location, feasibility, construction, development and funding of facilities throughout the United States and US Virgin Islands.
